NEUROBLOOM, INC.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: October 19, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Neurobloom.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the websites, digital assessment platforms, screening services, reports, and related services provided by Neurobloom, Inc. ("Neurobloom," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a service, accepting these Terms through an electronic acknowledgment, or accessing an assessment after being presented with these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
If you purchase or arrange assessments on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to enter into the applicable agreement on that organization's behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use our services.
Additional written agreements may apply to organizational customers, clinics, schools, employers, and other professional relationships. Where an applicable signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, that agreement will control for the relevant services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Neurobloom provides technology-assisted, human-reviewed screening and practical support services designed to help identify and better understand patterns associated with reading, attention, executive functioning, neurodevelopmental differences, and related functional challenges.
Our services may include:
- Digital screening assessments.
- Performance-based tasks and questionnaires.
- Automated and AI-assisted analysis.
- Human review and scoring verification.
- Individual screening reports.
- Workplace, educational, or other support reports.
- Practical recommendations and informational resources.
The specific assessment activities and reporting options may vary depending on the service selected.
Neurobloom may improve, modify, or expand its services over time.
3. IMPORTANT NON-DIAGNOSTIC DISCLAIMER
Neurobloom provides screening and informational services, not medical diagnoses.
Our assessments and reports do not independently diagnose ADHD, dyslexia, autism, or any other medical, psychological, educational, or neurodevelopmental condition.
Screening results may identify patterns that warrant further consideration or professional evaluation.
Neurobloom's services are not substitutes for medical advice, psychological assessment, educational evaluation, or other professional services where appropriate.
Our reports do not establish disability status, legal entitlement to accommodations, or eligibility for particular educational, employment, or healthcare services.
Users should consult appropriately qualified professionals when making medical, clinical, educational, or other significant decisions.
Neurobloom does not provide emergency medical or mental health services.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZED PARTICIPATION
Adults aged 18 or older may purchase or use Neurobloom services, subject to applicable law and any service-specific requirements.
Assessments involving individuals under 18 must be arranged and authorized by a parent, legal guardian, or another legally authorized party.
Where applicable law requires additional parental verification, consent, or institutional authorization, those requirements must be satisfied before participation.
A minor may not independently authorize participation where parental or other legally recognized authorization is required.
Purchasers arranging assessments for other individuals are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that appropriate authorization is obtained.
Purchasing an assessment does not replace the participant's own required assessment consent or any applicable parent or guardian authorization.
Neurobloom may restrict or decline participation where necessary to comply with applicable law or protect participants.
5. PURCHASING ASSESSMENTS AND ASSESSMENT ACCESS
Neurobloom may offer individual assessments, prepaid assessment credits, assessment packages, or other purchasing arrangements.
The applicable price, quantity, and service description will be communicated before purchase or established in a separate written agreement.
Prepaid assessment credits provide access to the applicable Neurobloom assessment service.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase or agreed in writing, standard prepaid assessment credits do not have a fixed redemption expiration date.
Individual assessment links may have shorter activation or access periods for security, administration, or technical reasons. An invitation link's expiration does not necessarily mean an unused prepaid assessment credit has expired.
A purchaser may assign an unused assessment link or credit to an eligible intended participant.
Assessment credits and links may not be resold, commercially redistributed, or transferred for unauthorized purposes.
An assessment credit is considered redeemed once the participant completes and submits the pre-assessment information and the assessment is associated with that participant.
Before that point, an unused assessment link may be reassigned to another eligible participant.
Once an assessment has been associated with a participant, the link ordinarily cannot be reassigned to another individual.
Neurobloom may make exceptions where appropriate to correct an administrative or technical error.
6. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Participants agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
Assessments should be completed personally by the intended participant, except where appropriate assistance is expressly permitted.
Participants should follow the instructions provided during the assessment.
Depending on the assessment, participants may need:
- A compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device.
- A stable internet connection.
- Working speakers or headphones.
- A functioning microphone.
- A suitable environment for completing the activities.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections are reasonably suitable for participation.
Participants should not intentionally manipulate responses, use unauthorized assistance, impersonate another individual, or attempt to compromise assessment integrity.
Neurobloom may decline to finalize an assessment or may request clarification when technical problems, incomplete information, or suspected misuse materially affect the reliability of the results.
7. REPORTS, DELIVERY, AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Neurobloom generates reports using assessment information, automated processing, and authorized human review.
Reports are ordinarily delivered to the email address entered and confirmed during the assessment process.
Neurobloom's standard operational target is to deliver reviewed reports within approximately 24 hours after assessment completion.
This is a service target, not a guaranteed delivery deadline.
Additional time may be required for quality review, technical issues, unusual response patterns, incomplete information, or other circumstances affecting report preparation.
Neurobloom distinguishes between private screening reports and reports intended for authorized sharing.
Purchasing or sponsoring an assessment does not automatically entitle a coach, employer, school, or other purchaser to receive the participant's private screening report.
Participants, or appropriately authorized parents or legal guardians, control sharing of reports where applicable.
Workplace and other shareable reports may be provided for appropriate support discussions.
Such reports are not intended for hiring, termination, disciplinary decisions, promotion decisions, or employee performance evaluation.
Users who receive reports are responsible for handling them appropriately and respecting the privacy of the individuals concerned.
8. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Prices and applicable charges are presented before purchase or specified in a separate agreement.
Purchasers authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with their order.
Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying applicable charges and taxes disclosed at checkout.
Neurobloom's standard assessment purchases are one-time transactions.
Purchasing prepaid assessment credits does not automatically enroll the purchaser in a recurring subscription or authorize recurring charges.
Any future subscription or recurring-payment arrangement would require separate disclosure and appropriate authorization.
Neurobloom may correct billing errors, address disputed transactions, and take appropriate action concerning fraudulent or unauthorized payments.
9. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Neurobloom aims to maintain a clear and fair purchasing process.
Because purchases provide access to digital assessment services, purchases are generally final once the assessment credit or access link has been issued.
Unused assessment credits are ordinarily nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
Refunds or appropriate adjustments may be provided in circumstances including:
- Duplicate charges.
- Incorrect or unauthorized billing.
- Neurobloom fulfillment errors.
- A failure to provide purchased access that Neurobloom cannot reasonably correct.
- Circumstances where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
If a technical problem attributable to Neurobloom prevents the proper completion of an assessment, we may correct the issue, restore access, or provide an appropriate replacement without an additional assessment charge.
Where Neurobloom identifies a material scoring error, review error, or incorrect report information attributable to its systems or processes, it will make an appropriate correction without charging an additional assessment fee.
Requests for refunds or billing assistance may be submitted to:
Please include sufficient transaction information to help us locate and review the purchase.
Consumer Protection and Statutory Cancellation Rights
Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Some jurisdictions provide consumers with statutory cancellation periods or additional remedies for digital services.
Where such rights apply, they take precedence over our general final-sale policy.
Any loss or limitation of a statutory cancellation right arising from early performance of a digital service will apply only where the requirements of the relevant law have been satisfied.
Any additional information, acknowledgment, or consent required before the service begins must be obtained separately where applicable.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
10. PRIVACY, CONSENT, AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Neurobloom processes personal information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Our assessments may involve sensitive personal information, recorded spoken responses, questionnaire answers, performance measurements, and other assessment-related data.
Participants may be required to provide separate informed consent before beginning an assessment.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent legally required for recording, sensitive-data processing, or participation by a minor.
Neurobloom uses automated technologies and authorized human review to support assessment processing and reporting.
Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices, including collection, use, storage, sharing, retention, and individual privacy rights.
The Privacy Policy is available through our website.
Where Neurobloom processes information on behalf of an organizational customer, additional data-processing agreements and privacy obligations may apply.
11. PERMITTED USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Neurobloom services are provided for lawful screening, informational, educational, professional, and support-related purposes.
Users agree not to:
- Misrepresent their identity or authority.
- Complete an assessment on behalf of another individual without appropriate authorization.
- Manipulate or falsify assessment responses.
- Access another person's private information without authorization.
- Share assessment links for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Resell assessment access without written authorization.
- Interfere with platform security or operation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce proprietary assessment technology.
- Extract or systematically reproduce assessment questions, scoring methods, or proprietary content.
- Use automated tools to scrape or interfere with the platform.
- Use Neurobloom reports as the sole basis for medical diagnosis or legally significant employment or educational decisions.
- Use the services for unlawful discrimination or other prohibited purposes.
- Violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
Neurobloom may restrict access or take other appropriate action when it reasonably identifies misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Neurobloom and its licensors retain ownership of the intellectual property associated with the platform and services.
This includes, as applicable, software, assessment materials, proprietary questions, scoring methods, algorithms, designs, trademarks, written materials, and other protected content.
Purchasing an assessment grants only the limited right to access and use the purchased service for its intended purpose.
It does not transfer ownership of Neurobloom's underlying technology or intellectual property.
Participants may retain and share reports provided to them for legitimate personal, educational, clinical, or professional support purposes, subject to applicable privacy rights and restrictions.
Users may not reproduce, commercially distribute, modify, or exploit Neurobloom's proprietary assessment materials or technology without prior written authorization.
Users retain any rights they hold in information they provide.
By submitting information, users authorize Neurobloom to process it as necessary to provide the requested services and for other purposes lawfully permitted and disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
13. ACCURACY, LIMITATIONS, AND PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT
Neurobloom strives to provide reliable screening services and useful reports.
However, screening results are influenced by multiple factors, including participant responses, environmental conditions, language background, technical performance, and the limitations of screening methods.
No screening service can guarantee that every relevant condition, difficulty, or functional need will be identified.
A screening result does not establish the presence or absence of a diagnosis.
Recommendations are intended as practical guidance and may not be appropriate for every individual or situation.
Healthcare professionals, educators, employers, coaches, and other users remain responsible for exercising appropriate professional judgment and complying with their own legal and professional obligations.
Neurobloom is not responsible for independent decisions made by third parties based on reports, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY, CHANGES, AND CORRECTIONS
Neurobloom works to maintain reliable access to its services.
However, access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, security events, service-provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Neurobloom may modify platform features, assessment methods, report formats, or other service elements as part of product development and quality improvement.
Changes will not remove statutory rights or remedies available to customers.
Where an error attributable to Neurobloom materially affects a completed report, Neurobloom will review the issue and make an appropriate correction without an additional assessment fee.
15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Neurobloom may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address:
- Security threats.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- Material violations of these Terms.
- Misuse of assessment content or services.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
- Conduct that threatens the integrity or reliability of the platform.
Where appropriate and legally required, Neurobloom will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Suspension or termination does not eliminate applicable payment obligations or statutory customer rights.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property protections, applicable disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
16. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neurobloom makes reasonable efforts to provide its services with appropriate care and professional diligence.
However, Neurobloom does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's specific circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neurobloom disclaims warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neurobloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of its services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neurobloom's aggregate liability for claims arising from a particular paid service will not exceed the amount paid to Neurobloom for the affected service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other circumstances for which applicable law prohibits limitation.
Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory consumer remedies or other non-waivable rights.
17. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
If a disagreement arises concerning Neurobloom's services, we encourage users to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
Questions or complaints may be submitted to:
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are subject to applicable law.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory legal protections available in their country or jurisdiction.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Neurobloom may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, business operations, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be made available through our website and will identify their effective or updated date.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued under an existing purchase where prohibited by law.
Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance where legally permitted and where appropriate notice has been provided.
Where a new agreement or affirmative acceptance is required, Neurobloom will obtain it.
19. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms, together with applicable purchase details and any additional agreements expressly incorporated or executed by the parties, govern the relevant services.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure by Neurobloom to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.
Users may not transfer contractual rights or obligations under these Terms without Neurobloom's prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Neurobloom may assign its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate corporate transaction, subject to applicable law and any required protections.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Neurobloom and a user.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
